Training programs are designed to allow students, graduates and professionals to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. work environment, culture and to receive training in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field. This program prepares students and professional for the future.
Our Programs target four goals:
- Promotes and allows trainees to have a meaningful understanding of American culture, society and people.
- Strengthen our trainees’ resumes and help them further develop their practical skills, knowledge and educational career advancement opportunities that in their field of expertise.
- Working with American colleagues in the same profession will add up to global exposure
- Enhance English language skills and its usage.
Eligibility for USA Trainee Program
- Degree holder or professional certificate from a post-secondary academic institution and minimum one year of related work experience in his or her occupational field outside the United States
OR
- Has five years of work experience outside the United States in the occupational field in which they are seeking training
The maximum duration for the trainee category is 18 months except for the fields of Hospitality and Agriculture when the program is limited to 12 months.
